       Senator Storms moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 234 and 235
    4  insert:
    5         (VI) A policyholder who is selected for removal from the
    6  corporation by a surplus lines insurer or an authorized insurer
    7  shall be allowed to return to the corporation in order to obtain
    8  similar coverage at the same premium that was in place at the
    9  time of removal. This sub-sub-subparagraph does not apply to
   10  sinkhole premiums and the premium rate increase for sinkhole
   11  coverage is governed by s. 627.062.
