| 3 | designations; providing an honorary designation of a |
| 4 | certain transportation facility in a specified county; |
| 5 | directing the Department of Transportation to erect |
| 6 | suitable markers; providing an effective date. |

| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |
|
| 10 | Section 1. Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Memorial |
| 11 | Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect |
| 12 | suitable markers.- |
| 13 | (1) That portion of State Road 46 in Brevard County from |
| 14 | U.S. 1 to the Volusia County line is designated as "Harry T. and |
| 15 | Harriette V. Moore Memorial Highway." |
| 16 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 17 | suitable markers designating Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore |
| 18 | Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 19 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012. |
