       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (495716) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 287 and 288
    5  insert:
    6         Section 17. Subsection (6) of section 474.202, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         474.202 Definitions.—As used in this chapter:
    9         (6) “Limited-service veterinary medical practice” means
   10  offering or providing veterinary services at any location that
   11  has a primary purpose other than that of providing veterinary
   12  medical service at a permanent or mobile establishment permitted
   13  by the board; provides veterinary medical services for privately
   14  owned animals that do not reside at that location; operates no
   15  more frequently than once every 2 weeks for 8 hours at a single
   16  location where a vaccination clinic is held for a limited time;
   17  and provides limited types of veterinary medical services.

   20         And the title is amended as follows:
   21         Delete line 354
   22  and insert:
   23         outside this state; amending s. 474.202, F.S.;
   24         redefining the term “limited-service veterinary
   25         medical practice”; providing an effective date.
