       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 121
    4  and insert:
    5  $190,000, absent a waiver of this fee limitation executed by the
    6  claimant, and in such event, the fee may not exceed 25 percent
    7  of the total amount awarded under this act.
