       Senator Gibson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (639620) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 187 - 191
    4  and insert:
    5  satisfied. However, this requirement does not apply if the
    6  individual has 5 or more years of work experience, is able to
    7  affirmatively attest to being unable to complete such review due
    8  to illiteracy or a language impediment, or is exempt from the
    9  work registration requirement set forth in paragraph (b).
