On Page: 335             Inserts proviso language to provide $250,000 from 
                         the Emergency Communications Number E911 System 
Spec App: 2872           Trust Fund in the Department of Management Services 
                         for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for a 
                         real-time interoperability emergency computer-aided 
                         design (CAD) system pilot project in Duval, St. 
                         Johns, Clay, Nassau, and Baker counties.

In Section 06, on Page 335, INSERT the following:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2872, and authorized under 
section 365.172(9), Florida Statutes, $250,000 shall be appropriated to 
the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for the acquisition, implementation 
and maintenance of a real-time interoperability emergency computer aided 
design system pilot project in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, and Baker 
counties, for one year, to facilitate improved functions of database 
management, call taking, dispatching, location verification, and call 
transfers across multiple and disparate CAD systems and jurisdictions.
