Appropriation 2304A, INSERT:

Of the funds provided from the State Economic Enhancement and 
Development Trust Fund in Specific Appropriation 2304A, $50,000 shall be 
used to conduct an Innovative Economic Development Study for the purpose 
of bringing jobs to Liberty, Calhoun and Gadsden Counties.
