From the funds in Specific Appropriation 345, $883,300 from the General Revenue Fund is provided to contract with a not-for-profit995018 Log:0021 SDP/SDP 02/13/12 10:07:54 PM Senate Page: 1 facility in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit currently under contract with the department and has the capacity for placement of 20 forensic Residential Level 1 beds as an alternative to more costly institutional placement. In Section 03, on Page 65, INSERT the following: From the funds in Specific Appropriations 345, $1,589,940 from the General Revenue Fundis provided to allow the department to open 36 community forensic residential beds.
