Following Specific Appropriation 478, INSERT:
From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 478 and 480, the
Healthy Start program shall implement in an urban and a rural county an
evidence-based nurse home visitation program that has demonstrated
proven outcomes in maternal and newborn health, childhood injury or
man-treatment prevention; school readiness and achievement; crime or
domestic violence; and family self sufficiency.
