       The Committee on Budget (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 558 and 559
    4  insert:
    5         Section 30. In order to implement Specific Appropriation
    6  1863A of the 2012-2013 General Appropriations Act relating to
    7  the restoration of Lake Apopka and pursuant to the notice,
    8  review, and objection procedures of s. 216.177, Florida
    9  Statutes, the Executive Office of the Governor is authorized to
   10  transfer appropriations between the Fish and Wildlife
   11  Conservation Commission and the Department of Environmental
   12  Protection as necessary to implement the approved list of
   13  projects consistent with s. 216.292(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
   14  This section expires July 1, 2013.

   18         Delete line 88
   19  and insert:
   20         hunting and fishing license revenue to repay a loan;
   21         authorizing the Executive Office of the Governor to
   22         transfer appropriations between the Fish and Wildlife
   23         Conservation Commission in order to implement projects
   24         relating to the restoration of Lake Apopka;
