       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Bogdanoff) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (566168) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4507 - 4517
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 84. 
    6         (1) Any referendum required in this act shall include the
    7  following language:
    8         (a) Destination Resorts: SHOULD THE OPERATION OF
    9  DESTINATION RESORTS, AS DEFINED IN S. 551.302, BE AUTHORIZED IN
   10  [NAME OF COUNTY], SUBJECT TO A $2 BILLION MINIMUM INVESTMENT?
   11         (b) Slot machine gaming at pari-mutuel facilities: SHOULD
   12  THE OPERATION OF SLOT MACHINES AT [NAME OF FACILITY IN COUNTY],
   13  BE AUTHORIZED IN [NAME OF COUNTY]?
   14         (c) Limited gaming at pari-mutuel facilities: SHOULD THE
   15  OPERATION OF LIMITED GAMING, AS DEFINED IN S. 551.302, AT [NAME
   16  OF FACILITY IN COUNTY], BE AUTHORIZED IN [NAME OF COUNTY]?
   17         (2) If question (1)(a) is placed on a ballot for referendum
   18  vote, question (1)(c) must also be placed on the same ballot if
   19  pari-mutuel facilities are located in the county.
