       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 39
    4  and insert:
    5  Lucie River a bearing direction (State Plane Coordinate System,
    6  Florida East Zone) of 41 degrees north, 4 minutes west, a
    7  distance of 6,155 feet, more or less, to a point lying within
    8  the water body of the north fork of the St. Lucie River; thence
    9  departing said point a bearing direction (State Plane Coordinate
   10  System, Florida East Zone) of 45 degrees north, 16 minutes east,
   11  a distance of 2,355 feet, more or less, to a point intersecting
   12  with the north shore of the north fork
   13  
   14         Delete lines 116 - 123
   15  and insert:
   16  north shore of the north fork of the St. Lucie River and the
   17  west edge of Howard Creek as concurrent with the City of Port
   18  St. Lucie municipal boundary; thence departing said north shore
   19  of the north fork of the St. Lucie River and the municipal
   20  boundary line of the City of Port St. Lucie, a bearing direction
   21  (State Plane Coordinate System, Florida East Zone) of south 45
   22  degrees, 16 minutes west, 2,355 feet more or less, to a point
   23  within the body of water of the north fork of the St. Lucie
   24  River; thence departing said point a bearing direction (State
   25  Plane Coordinate System, Florida East Zone) of south 41 degrees,
   26  4 minutes east, 6,155
