       The Committee on Judiciary (Thrasher) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 68 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5  for outdoor recreational purposes where such agreement
    6  recognizes that the state is responsible for personal injury,
    7  loss, or damage resulting in whole or in part from the state’s
    8  use of the area under the terms of the agreement subject to the
    9  limitations and conditions specified in s. 768.28 owes no duty
   10  of care to keep that land or water area safe for entry or use by
   11  others, or to give warning to persons entering or going on that
   12  area land or water of any hazardous conditions, structures, or
