       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 97 - 102
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) It is the intent of this subsection that an agreement
    6  entered into pursuant to this subsection should not result in
    7  compensation to the owner of the area above reimbursement of
    8  reasonable costs or expenses associated with the agreement. An
    9  agreement that provides for such does not subject the owner or
   10  the state to liability even if the compensation exceeds those
   11  costs or
