       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 55 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5  Transportation, or a transportation authority established
    6  pursuant to chapter 348 or chapter 349 which chooses to
    7  participate in the program, shall submit to the water management
