       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 59
    4  and insert:
    5  $240,000, absent a waiver of this fee limitation executed by the
    6  guardian of the claimant, and in such event, the fee may not
    7  exceed 25 percent of the total amount awarded under this act.
