       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 213
    4  and insert:
    5  school board. However, the state may not impose requirements on
    6  the curriculum of a private school regardless of whether the
    7  private school chooses to administer the statewide assessments.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Between lines 18 and 19
   12  insert:
   13         prohibiting the state from imposing requirements on
   14         the curriculum of a private school regardless of
   15         whether the private school chooses to administer the
   16         statewide assessments;
