| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |

| 10 | Section 1. Eula Johnson State Park designated; Department |
| 11 | of Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.- |
| 12 | (1) The John U. Lloyd Beach State Park in Broward County |
| 13 | is redesignated as "Eula Johnson State Park." |
| 14 | (2) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed |
| 15 | to erect suitable markers designating Eula Johnson State Park as |
| 16 | described in subsection (1). |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012. |
