    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Memorial Highway
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of State Road 46 in Brevard County from
   14  U.S. 1 to the Volusia County line is designated as “Harry T. and
   15  Harriette V. Moore Memorial Highway.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore
   18  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
