       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 94
    4  and insert:
    5  remainder awarded under this act, for a total of $290,000,
    6  absent a waiver of this fee limitation executed by the claimant,
    7  and in such event, the fee may not exceed 25 percent of the
    8  total amount awarded under this act.
