       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 253 - 256
    4  and insert:
    5  for progressive jackpot payouts. A progressive system may be
    6  used in conjunction with slot machines between licensed
    7  facilities in this state Florida or in other jurisdictions.
    8         Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
