       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 33 and 34
    4  insert:
    5         (3) A person who fraudulently records a claim of lien in
    6  the official records pursuant to part I of chapter 713 is
    7  subject to the fraud provisions of s. 713.31 and not this
    8  section.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 10
   13  and insert:
   14         providing criminal penalties; providing that a person
   15         who fraudulently records a construction lien is
   16         subject to specified fraud provisions; providing an
   17         effective
