For a project that requires local commitment, the total 6 cumulative local financial commitment and in-kind support for 7 the project. 8 (c) Participant business information.— 9 1. The location of the headquarters of the participant 10 business or, if a subsidiary, the headquarters of the parent 11 company. 12 2. The firm size class of the participant business, or 13 where owned by a parent company the firm size class of the 14 participant business’s parent company, using the firm size 15 classes established by the United States Department of Labor 16 Bureau of Labor Statistics, and whether the participant business 17 qualifies as a small business as defined in s. 288.703. 18 3. The date of the project award. 19 4. The expected duration of the contract. 20 5. The anticipated dates when the participant business will 21 claim the last state investment. 22 (d) Project evaluation criteria.—Economic benefits 23 generated by the project. 24 (e) Project performance goals.— 25 1. The incremental direct jobs attributable to the project, 26 identifying the number of jobs generated and the number of jobs 27 retained. 28 2. The number of jobs generated and the number of jobs 29 retained by the project, and for projects commencing after 30 October 1, 2013, the average annual wage of persons holding such 31 jobs. 32 3. The incremental direct capital investment in the state 33 generated by the project. 34 (f) Total state investment to date.—The total amount of 35 state investment disbursed to the participant business to date 36 under the terms of the contract, itemized by incentive program. 37 (4) The department shall calculate and publish on its 38 website the economic benefits of each project within 48 hours 39 after the conclusion of the agreement between each participant 40 business and the department. The department shall work with the 41 Office of Economic and Demographic Research to provide a 42 description of the methodology used to calculate the economic 43 benefits of a project, and the department must publish the 44 information on its website. 45 (5) At least annually, from the project award date, the 46 department shall: 47 (a) Publish verified results to update the information 48 described in paragraphs (3)(b)-(f) to accurately reflect any 49 changes in the published information since the project award 50 date. 51 (b) Publish on its website the date on which the 52 information collected and published for each project was last 53 updated. 54 (6) Annually, the department shall publish information 55 relating to the progress of Quick Action Closing Fund projects, 56 including the average number of days between the date the 57 department receives a completed application and the date on 58 which the application is approved. 59 (7)(a) Within 48 hours after expiration of the period of 60 confidentiality provided under s. 288.075, the department shall 61 publish the contract or agreement described in s. 288.061, 62 redacted to protect the participant business from disclosure of 63 information that remains confidential or exempt by law. 64 65 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 66 And the title is amended as follows: 67 Delete lines 137 - 144 68 and insert: 69 development programs; requiring the department to work 70 with the Office of Economic and Demographic Research 71 to provide a description of specified methodology and 72 requiring the department to publish such description 73 on its website; providing
