       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Stargel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1243 - 1245
    4  and insert:
    5  a salesperson to display a license or a receipt of filing of an
    6  affidavit of exemption may result in the salesperson being
    7  summarily ordered by the department to leave the office until he
    8  or she can produce a license or a receipt of filing of an
    9  affidavit of exemption for the department.
