    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (229680)

    3         Delete lines 46 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         lane;
    7         5. The driver is preparing to make a left turn; or
    8         6. The driver is traveling at a speed not less than 10
    9  miles per hour under the posted speed limit.
