       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 814
    4  and insert:
    5  the base term of the expiring lease. Any relocation of an agency
    6  at the direction of the department shall be within existing
    7  appropriations and may not require the transfer of funds
    8  pursuant to chapter 216.
