    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (846066)

    3         Delete lines 306 - 311
    4  and insert:
    5  of trustees. The board of trustees or its designee shall compare
    6  the estimated value of the building or parcel to any submitted
    7  plan to determine if the lease or sale is in the best interest
    8  of the state.
