       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 904 - 936
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 16. Present subsection (8) of section 1004.93,
    6  Florida Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (9), and a new
    7  subsection (8) is added to that section, to read:
    8         1004.93 Adult general education.—
