       The Committee on Rules (Montford) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) A structure, located on property that is classified for
    6  ad valorem purposes as agricultural, which is part of a farming
    7  or ranching operation, in which the occupancy is limited to no
    8  more than 35 persons, and which is not used by the public for
    9  direct sales or as an educational outreach facility, is exempt
   10  from the Florida Fire Prevention Code, including the national
   11  codes and Life Safety Code incorporated by reference. This
   12  paragraph does not include structures used for residential or
   13  assembly occupancies, as defined in the Florida Fire Prevention
   14  Code.
