       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 679 and 680
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. Section 316.01, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         316.01 Vehicular access to state universities.—A local
    8  governmental entity as defined in s. 334.03 may not prevent
    9  vehicular access on a transportation facility into or out of a
   10  state university facility, regulated by the Board of Governors
   11  of the State University System as provided in s. 20.155, which
   12  has only one ingress or egress.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 19
   17  and insert:
   18         repeal of the section; creating s. 316.01, F.S.;
   19         prohibiting a local governmental entity from
   20         preventing vehicular access on a transportation
   21         facility into or out of a state university facility
   22         that has only one ingress or egress; amending s.
   23         316.515, F.S.;
