       The Committee on Transportation (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 252 - 256
    4  and insert:
    5         the authorities created under chapters 345, 348, and 349,
    6  including any authority formed using the provisions of part I of
    7  chapter 348, and any authority formed under chapter 343 which is
    8  not monitored under subsection (3). The
