       The Committee on Judiciary (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 110 - 113
    4  and insert:
    5  and governed by similar provisions contained in s. 689.071(3),
    6  Florida Statutes 2012, and any such recorded instrument
    7  purporting to confer power and authority on a trustee under such
    8  provisions of s. 689.071(3), Florida Statutes 2012, is valid and
    9  has the
