    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 123 and 124
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. If another bill passes in the 2013 legislative
    6  session which includes provisions amending s. 61.30, Florida
    7  Statutes, similar to those in this bill, it is the intent of the
    8  Legislature that the provisions of this bill shall prevail.
