       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (420660) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 87 - 93
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Notwithstanding paragraphs (a) and (b), a local
    6  ordinance governing wage theft or recovery which was enacted, or
    7  which became effective, on or before January 2, 2013, is not
    8  preempted by this section.
