    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (411024) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 45 - 49
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) The action shall:
    6         1. Be brought in the county court in the county where the
    7  employee performed the work; and
    8         2. Be governed by the Florida Small Claims Rules.
