       The Committee on Health Policy (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) A specialty-licensed children’s hospital that has
    6  licensed neonatal intensive care unit beds may provide
    7  obstetrical services, as provided in subsection 59A-3.2085(8),
    8  F.A.C., up to 10 beds for labor and delivery care, which
    9  services are restricted to the diagnosis, care, and treatment of
   10  pregnant women of any age who have documentation by an examining
   11  physician which includes information regarding:
