       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 59
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. The amendments to s. 212.12, Florida Statutes,
    6  made by this act apply to sales and use tax returns due on or
    7  after February 1, 2014.
    8         Section 3. This act shall take effect January 1, 2014.
