       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 999 - 1004
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) For an electioneering communications organization
    6  required to file reports with a filing officer other than the
    7  division, reports must be filed on the 60th day immediately
    8  preceding the primary election, and biweekly on each Friday
    9  thereafter through and including the 4th day immediately
   10  preceding the general election, with additional reports due on
   11  the 25th and 11th days before the primary election and the
   12  general election.
