       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 125
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a committee
    6  of continuous existence may make unlimited contributions to a
    7  political committee.
    8         (5) This section shall be effective upon this act becoming
    9

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 15
   13  and insert:
   14         committee of continuous existence; authorizing a
   15         committee of continuous existence to make unlimited
