       The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 524 - 537
    4  and insert:
    5  calculated as of the date the change of designation is filed.
    6  Any contributions not requested to be returned within the 30-day
    7  period may be used by the candidate for the newly designated
    8  office; however, the full amount of the contribution for the
    9  original office shall count toward the contribution limits
   10  specified in s. 106.08 for the newly designated office. A No
