       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Benacquisto) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1003
    4  and insert:
    5  permitted except as provided in s. 121.591(2). Employees
    6  initially enrolled in the Florida Retirement System prior to
    7  January 1, 2014, may retain their membership in the pension plan
    8  or investment plan and are eligible to use the election
    9  opportunity specified in s. 121.4501(4)(f).
