       The Committee on Appropriations (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (726700) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 949 - 951
    4  and insert:
    5         2. Employees initially enrolled on or after July 1, 2014,
    6  in positions covered by the Elected Officer’s Class or the
    7  Senior Management Service Class, are not permitted to use the
    8  election opportunity specified in paragraph (f). Employees
    9  initially enrolled on or after July 1, 2014, in positions
   10  covered by membership classes other than the Elected Officer’s
   11  Class or the Senior Management Service Class, may use the
   12  election opportunity specified in paragraph (f).
