       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 438
    4  and insert:
    5  pursuant to s. 288.1162. The department shall distribute
    6  $166,667 monthly pursuant to s. 212.0943 to an applicant
    7  certified as a motorsports entertainment complex under s.
    8  212.094. Up to $41,667 shall be distributed
    9

   13         Between lines 36 and 37
   14  insert:
   15         providing for a monthly distribution of a specified
   16         amount of sales tax revenue to a facility certified by
   17         the Department of Economic Opportunity as a
   18         motorsports entertainment complex;
