   32         persons on probation; repealing s. 633.18, F.S.,
   33         relating to hearings and investigations by the State
   34         Fire Marshal; repealing s. 633.30, F.S., relating to
   35         definitions with respect to standards for
   36         firefighting; repealing s. 633.32, F.S., relating to
   37         organization, meetings, quorum, compensation, and seal
   38         of the Firefighters Employment, Standards, and
   39         Training Council; repealing s. 633.33, F.S., relating
   40         to special powers of the Firefighters Employment,
   41         Standards, and Training Council in connection with the
   42         employment and training of firefighters; repealing s.

   44         approved training programs by the employing agency;

   53         relating to the authority of the State Fire Marshal to
