       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 75
    4  and insert:
    5  Electrical Code, current edition, or 47 C.F.R. part 68. The
    6  scope of this exemption is limited to employees, contractors,
    7  and subcontractors of companies that are certified under chapter
    8  364 or chapter 610, including any affiliates of such companies,
    9  or operating under a local franchise or right-of-way agreement.
   10  This subsection does not relieve a person from licensure as an
   11  alarm system contractor. The
