       The Committee on Appropriations (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (206088) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 93 - 95
    4  and insert:
    5         9. The qualified retirement community shall determine in
    6  writing whether potential applicants meet the requirements
    7  established by the retirement community for the project and
    8  shall make land available to the applicant that is issued a
    9  certificate of need by the agency under the provisions of this
   10  paragraph.
