On Page: 349             Provides general revenue funding in the Department 
                         of Economic Opportunity for Hernando County to make 
Spec App: 3116           improvements to Rogers Park ($50,000) and to 
                         implement a county-wide broadband network ($50,000). 
                         Reduces funding provided for the Chinesgut Hill 
                         Historic Plantation - The Manor House Restoration 
                         project by $100,000 general revenue funds in the 
                         Department of State.

From the nonrecurring general revenue funds provided in Specific

$50,000 for improvements to Rogers Park located along the Weeki Wachee 
River, and $50,000 to implement a county-wide broadband network.
