Senator(s) Gardiner and Grimsley moved the following amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 000             Provides $1,045,724 of nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of State for Special 
Spec App: 3122A          Category Application grants for the acquisition and 
                         preservation of historic properties. Projects 
                         include Stephen Foster Carillon Tower Restoration, 
                         Completion of Historic Roof/Archbold Biological 
                         Station, and Bok Tower Gardens Tower Restoration 
                         Phase V.  Decreases Space Florida's general revenue 
                         funding by $1,045,724, and increases Space Florida's 
                         funding by $1,045,724 of State Economic Enhancement 
                         and Development (SEED) trust funds. Eliminates 
                         $1,045,724 of unfunded budget authority in the 
                         Department of Economic Opportunity's Employment 
                         Security Administration Trust Fund.
