NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds Recurring - 0 0 0 Non-Recurring - 0 0 0 ______________________________________________________________________________________ Positions & Amount Positions & Amount DELETE INSERT In Section 08 On Page 363 In Section 08, on Page 363, DELETE the following: (2) SPECIAL PAY ISSUES: (a) For purposes of this subsection (2), "law enforcement employee" means: (1) each eligible unit employee in the law enforcement collective bargaining unit, special agent collective bargaining unit and Florida Highway Patrol collective bargaining unit; (2) each eligible non-unit employee who is a sworn law enforcement officer and is in the command staff for those unit employees; and, (3) each eligible employee of the Fish and Wildlife Commission, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and Department of Law Enforcement employed in class code 8407 (Regional Duty Officer), 8410 (Duty Officer) and 8411 (Duty Officer Supervisor). (b) Effective July 1, 2013, in addition to the adjustment required pursuant to subsection(1) and from funds in Specific Appropriation 1950A: 1. Each law enforcement employee with less than 5 years of state service as a law enforcement employee shall receive a special competitive pay adjustment of 3.0 percent on each employee's June 30, 2013 base rate of pay. 2.
