On Page: 275             Provides $50,000 of nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
Spec App: 2223A          (DEO) for the Urban League of Broward County,  The 
                         funding in the DEO for the Tampa Bay Innovation 
                         Center in St. Petersburg is reduced by the same 
                         amount.

In the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 2223A, 
DELETE:

From  the  general  revenue  funds  provided  in  Specific Appropriation
2223A,  $400,000  of  nonrecurring  funds  is  provided to the Tampa Bay
Innovation  Center to establish the St. Petersburg Technology Incubator.
The  purpose of these funds is to leverage federal and private resources
in  the  delivery  and  support of services to the research community to
stimulate the economy and create jobs.

AND INSERT:

From  the  general  revenue  funds  provided  in  Specific Appropriation
2223A,  $350,000 of  nonrecurring  funds  is  provided to the Tampa Bay
Innovation  Center to establish the St. Petersburg Technology Incubator.
The  purpose of these funds is to leverage federal and private resources
in  the  delivery  and  support of services to the research community to
